Phone: [+49 209 73085753](tel:+4920973085753). Post: patchletter UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Meisterweg 16, 45896 Gelsenkirchen, Germany. The addresses belong to patchletter UG (haftungsbeschränkt), the operator of privymail.eu.

## Vulnerabilities: short first, then confidential

Please send only a short description without exploitable details at first. We will then agree a confidential channel with you for the rest. We reply within 72 hours and keep you informed about assessment and remediation; this time limit applies to security reports. Scope, rules and all commitments are listed under [Report a vulnerability](https://privymail.eu/en/disclosure.md).

## Errors on the website or in the comparisons

If anything is wrong or out of date, write to us, ideally naming the page and the passage. This applies in particular to the [comparison](https://privymail.eu/en/compare.md): what it says about other providers comes from their own pages and has a cut-off date.

## No form. On purpose.

This website contains no JavaScript and sets no cookies. Its security policy also allows no target for forms: the Content Security Policy contains `form-action 'none'`. A form would have nowhere to send its input.

The website therefore cannot transmit any input to us. When a page is requested, the server processes the IP address and the HTTP request to deliver it; more is under [Privacy](https://privymail.eu/en/privacy.md). Whatever you write to us, you send with your own mail app.
